Starting with an electrifying, double-elimination amateur bracket, contenders will battle it out to secure their spot in the prestigious pro bracket. The competition will be fierce, and every throw counts as you climb your way to the top. The pro bracket proceeds as a single-elimination challenge, where each 45 second throw brings the competitors closer to the final round - a full length 2 minute freestyle to crown the OneThrow champion.

One Throw, 45 Seconds - Make it Count!

In the spotlight, you have just one throw, or 45 seconds, to showcase your incredible skills. Whether you choose to go for a lightning-fast flurry of tricks or a mind-bending single trick, every second of spin time is precious. Regenerations are your secret weapon, but remember – no stalls allowed! Prematurely catching the yo-yo before 45 seconds have elapsed, will end your turn.
